TIME CHANGE ALERT!
I suppose it makes sense that the rain we had to mess up the start of the season had to come back to alter the later part of the season as well. The good news is that the fields have been dry for some time and they should bounce back fairly quickly. Here are the changes in store:
MAJORS: The previously scheduled Majors season-ender between Petaluma Police and Century 21 has been cancelled and will not be made up.
MINORS: The previously scheduled Thursday playoff game between Gatti Nursery and Athletic Edge is now to be played Friday, May 17th at 5:30pm. The two Saturday games will be moved to Sunday, May 19th. So far, the rest of the schedule stays the same, however, be prepared for more changes if necessary.
MINIS: Sunday's games that were previously scheduled for Murphy Field have been bumped to the Minor Field to accommodate the Minors playoffs.
T-BALL: Sunday games on Murphy Field will go on as scheduled.
Please be aware that there may be baseball on Memorial Day weekend, depending on how the weather shakes out over the next week to ten days.
