Welcome to Player Registration for Petaluma Valley Little League

Returning Families: The Sports Connect registration system has been recently updated. When you log into your existing account, it will ask you to reset your password and confirm the account the first time you log into a Sports Connect site for any sport or league. For more information, see the Sports Connect help page.

New Families: You will need to create a login that you will use for registration. Click the LOGIN button at the top of the page, and enter your email address to get started. For more information, see the Sports Connect help page.

When creating a username and password, you should create one that ALL parents/guardians will remember.  You only need one username per family for everyone to access the system.

After logging into your account, you will be able to add or create profiles for your participating children, as well as volunteer for positions.

If you have any questions, feel free to email PVLL Information at [email protected].

On-Line Registration for the 2023 Season opens:  November 1, 2022

Little League Baseball requires that you show proof of age (birth certificate) and proof of residency (3 documents).
For ALL prospective players, parents and guardians will need to bring the child’s birth certificate to verify age; and three (3) items to verify residence (such as a utility bill, a drivers license, an insurance document, a financial record, cable or satellite TV bill, homeowner or tenant records, etc.) to us in order for registration for the current season to be completed.  Please see the In-Person Verification Dates shown below.  These dates and times are an opportune time to bring the documentation AND turn-in a completed Medical Release Form for each player.

Double-check your home address and/or school address to make sure you are eligible to register for Petaluma Valley. The blue shaded area is the main Petaluma Valley region. We have more information about Little League boundaries and the boundary requirement on our Boundary Map page. If you have questions or are unsure where you fall in the boundary, email [email protected]

Document Upload (Recommended)
You can now upload your documents online! This is not mandatory and does not prevent you from registering your player online but we highly recommend you take advantage of this feature. You can still bring your Medical Release Form, 3 Proofs of Residency and Birth Certificate to the In-Person Registration Dates below.  You may upload the signed Medical Release but PVLL must also receive the hard copy before a child can participate in any LL activities.

Medical Release Form
School Waiver Form

***IMPORTANT*** All documents MUST be uploaded in .pdf or a scanned image format. Please DO NOT upload photos of the forms. This ensures that the documents are readable and printable, as coaches must have copies of all forms for players to participate in any Little League activity.

If you choose to skip the document upload during the registration process you can simply go back to your profile by logging in and clicking on My Account.  In My Account click on the edit button next to your Participants name and scroll down to the Medical Release upload option. Once you attach the Medical Release you can scroll down to Add Participant Documents & Forms for the remaining documents.  This does not need to be done all at once.  You can upload your documents as you find them.

***IMPORTANT*** Once you attach your documents, you MUST click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the screen or none of your documents will be saved into your profile!
